Cole Haan Cover (closed):

The divot in the cover, just above the Cole Haan branding, is caused by the business card sleeve on the inside of the cover. Many people have complained about it’s HORRIBLE (I repeat: HORRIBLE) location.

This really is the best Kindle case I’ve ever had. Its not too thick, and makes the Kindle feel like an old soft-leather bound book. I’d definitely buy this many times over.
