- Rep: Okay, you were wanting to downgrade your account to personal?
- Me: Yes. So, what's the difference between the two account types?
- Rep: Let me check my resources. *places me on hold again*
- Rep: *explains the difference through a script*
- Me: Okay, that's fine, let's do it.
- Rep: Okay, please click on the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. *continues to direct me through a few pages*
- Rep: What does it say now?
- Me: It tells me to call you.
- Rep: *pause* Okay, I will change your account from premiere to personal now.
- Me: Okay. If I may ask, why did you direct me through those page?
- Rep: I thought it would let you do it there, but now that it says that we can do it, I can do it from here.
